The Saola live in the Annamite Mountains. Also on the border between Vietnam and Laos in the evergreen forests with little or no dry season. It is rarely seen in the wild. It was first found in 1992 They have white streaks on its faces to attract mates. It weighs 77 to 99kg. The Saola's population is still unknown but the estimation is around few hundreds at the max and few dozen at the minimum . The Saola is also called the Asian Unicorn in some parts of Asia.
